I ordered Adidas Predator FG+ boots for my son for Christmas, he wore them for 10 minutes and they didn't fit, even though he had 2 previous pairs of the same model/size. My return was refused. I paid the return fee of $12 my return was refused and they are sending the useless boots back to me. This place is a JOKE!!!! I ordered him a different pair from a different place that has an actual boot satisfaction policy.

Ordered basketball trainers for my sons birthday, when they arrived they were too small. I returned them the next day and got a full refund (minus postage) within a few days. Hassle free shopping

Bought my son some Nike Air Jordan’s for Christmas. After just 2 wears the front on 1 of them went really creased to the point where it looked like it was cracking. Sent them back for this reason as it’s clearly a manufacturing fault. They have refused to do anything about it as they’ve been worn! Well of course they’ve been worn otherwise the fault wouldn’t have occurred! This company are clearly selling fake or faulty goods. Avoid like the plague! Extremely unhelpful company

I bought a tennis racquet from them was meant to be strung but came unstrung. I requested for strings to be sent. This was declined. I sent the racquet back to be strung and sent to me and now they state there is no racquet and state they will refund my money but has not happened so far. I’ve lost money on postage and time waiting for the racquet and sending it back with no resolution. My order no is 84310030.

I didn’t like you not delivering my product then telling me that the pre order date had changed (after I had contacted you) then you cancelled my order and not providing me with proof of refund details which you said I could ask for but when I did I didn’t get any contact back

Sales and ordering process very good. Delivery prompt.
Product delivered to me was labelled as LARGE Men’s (as ordered) however was actually SMALLER than my son’s current Junior product. As such, totally useless.
So I asked for help from Customer Service about expected product dimensions etc so I could check it myself. I got a standard copy-and-paste response via email advising me how to return a product!! Nothing more.
Immediately the purchase becomes all too hard from my perspective as their customer. So I resign myself to simply shopping elsewhere.

I bought these for my son, he is a size 12, so sometimes he is limited with certain styles. Good choice online and prompt delivery. It was reassuring to have email updates on the delivery.
The trainers were well packaged.

My order estimated delivery have past and they can’t even track still haven’t received it. and i can’t mail there customer care because they have blocked me feels like a scam to me
never ever gonna order from here again

I ordered something through the premium delivery and it still hasn't come despite me ordering it nearly three weeks ago so I went and ordered in another colour and they came two days later so that was quite good but I still haven't received any updates ion my first delivery yet so am extremely disappointed

Offers next day delivery !!! Ordered at 11am … 2 days later and it turns up on a Saturday evening when i ordered them for a cup game on the Friday!! Then all that’s offered is a £3 refund on delivery… shocking customer service… they’ve done this to me twice now
